I find the C/R not making an annoucement for 20 minutes highly unbelievable. My question to you is...How do you think those 300 emergency personnell were notified? The crew on the trained informed RCC who in turn informed the police, FDNY etc. How do you think the derailment was discovered? The T/O went down to investigate. I've been involved with a 12-9 how the emergency personell find out someone was under the train? I had to tell them of course. The passengers om the train didn't know anything obviously and the passengers on the platform got the hell outta there. If the passenger was still alive and can be saved with time of the essence who exactly gonna get that person get the help he needs if no personel is on the train? |
