I didn't say i didn't believe you i said i don't believe the account of an annoucement not being made in 20 min. The literally the C/R's job in the event of extended delays is to keep riders informed.Quick aside a couple yrs ago I had a Bravo (B line) job. Going NB bet Columbus Circle and 72nd st the dispatnher comtacted me on the radio to tell me bc of a delay after 72 we're going express. We stop at 72nd st and my partner annoucned about 10 times we were going express and what to do if you want lcl stops. I know bc I heard him making rhe announcements clear as day theough my cab door. We.start moving and we get to 125th and a gentleman comes to the front cab window and saus to me very rudely thanks for kidnapping him np pneade any.announcements. Now i instantly knew why he thought that bc i saw headphones hanging around his neck. |
