Amtrak Business Class On Overnight Trains |

Posted by Nilet on Mon Oct 24 20:42:07 2016 Apparently, Amtrak has added business class service to the Cardinal, the Crescent, the Coast Starlight, and the Lake Shore Limited (CHI - BOS only).What's up with that? What advantage is there to booking business class on a train that already has overnight coach seating? What equipment would they use for business class on the Coast Starlight since that normally runs with superliners? Thus far, the main advantage to booking business class on those trains appears to be that it's actually cheaper than coach. I hope this isn't a prelude to removing sleeper cars from those trains... |
