No it isn't a prelude to taking off the sleepers.On the Cardinal and Lake Shore, it is a Amfleet I Business-Dinette car. On the Crescent and Coast Starlight, it is an ordinary coach. On the Pennsylvanian and Palmetto, it is a 60 seat Amfleet-I coach even though there are also 3 LD Amfleet coaches. There is an accommodation surcharge , you get a few amenities, and the car is coupled next to the sleepers, so it is much quieter. I don't see why you have a problem with it. |
