Whether you think of building into the "next county" where very little development has yet occurred (think early pix of Queens), or under a river to the next state (H&M), high platform, barrier fare control, custom EMU stock, they look, smell, function like subways tome. Seems to me Oren and I were going around about distances as a distinction several weeks ago. Bottom line, I may be "wrong" in your view(s), but my view is not likely to change. |
