Pull some "Q" for now that would have been assigned to Astoria to go on the "W".

I already did that.

The shift of Qs covers the cars needed for the W to get from 57th to Astoria. More cars are needed to get the W from Whitehall to 57th. Those are the 50 cars that various Subchatters claim don't exist.
