Sure, add a bus.The L train carries 480 bus loads of people under the East River in its busiest hour. The WB and Midtown Tunnel are already bumper to bumper in the rush hour, and I doubt NYCT has that many buses lying around doing nothing. So of course you can add bus service. But it will have a minimal effect on the whole situation and it won't be very popular anyway because it will take a lot longer than being bused in 10 minutes to Marcy Ave and taking a frequently running M from there. |
