Pure speculation here...maybe the C/R didn't realize that the remark was picked up on his mike while he was talking. If the passengers were making such a fuss, why didn't the conductor or maybe his assistant make an apology straightaway?Bottom line, if the C/R made that remark, he should be fired, straight answer. It just dosen't make sense that the C/R would blow an 80K job that way. Time for all the facts to come out before any rush to judgement |
