Yep...& if the conductor is brought up on charges, they'll hit him with "He's been to revenue/training class & should know how to deal with situations like this, therefore based on that, his actions were inapropriate" Dismissal offense.

If thats the case, he's toast too. That remark would be on tape.

You don't know how the MTA deals when it comes to employee investigations. They'd love to fire a guy with say 20 yrs of seniority & replace him with a 70% er off the street w/o pension & minimal benefits.

The personnel office is up to here with resumes for trainperson positions.
