This sounds like utter bullshit to me. Rosh Hashanah almost always falls after Labor Day (it requires a very specific set of circumstances to all occur simultaneously to fall on or before Labor Day). How about some solid proof of this supposed agreement existing? I highly doubt that if schools are closed during the US Open that many students are going to go watch tennis matches instead of whatever they would otherwise do on the last week of summer break.
