You are correct. Every time the MTA builds a new passageway, it includes a new free transfer. This one should be no different.Few would even use it, but it would come in very handy in case of blockages. Whatever happened to block transfers? Revenue loss is always the excuse when the MTA doesn't want to do something. It is never mentioned when it is something they want. You know what else is dumb? The permanent R sign when the N replaces the R at night. After 1.4 billion, the MTA couldn't design an R that becomes an N when the R is not operating? |
