Correct. And I also was not counting passageways built by the private sector.I also would not count the Sixth Avenue coonection from 34 Street to 42 Street as there would be no reason for that to be free. When it was built, there was no connection to the #7 at 42 Street. They didn't add that underpass without making a free connection. |
