Oops, sorry there is a word missing:The sentence should read as follows: "At the Citi-Corp Center at 53rd, a section of the Citi-Corp basement (the building was constructed and completed by CitiBank in the early 1980's - thus private property) an EASEMENT was granted for the creation of a free transfer passageway between then E and F trains (now M-trains) and the #6 train at 51st Street. Now the MTA did not "build" that passageway - but a free transfer passageway was created." Mike |
