Neither more nor less dumb than the Christians and Muslims who follow a document they claim can't be corrupted and say all the same things you've been saying. Check out the first result, on Aish.com. There's a description in the middle of the resulting page. Haven't read it, but I assume it's probably a good start... Of course you haven't read it. If you did, you would have noticed that there isn't any description of how a document can be manually copied thousands of times without error. It just blathers about the importance of accuracy and then says copyists were instructed to be very careful. So are you claiming thousands of copyists over thousands of years were all infallible? Or that someone told to be very careful will never make a mistake? That safety measures against failure will be 100% effective when followed, and that they'll be followed 100% of the time? |
