Um excuse me, but sometimes fatigue is the result of the crappy FRA Hours Of Service rules, which masquerade as a "solution" to the problem of fatigue. And in many cases, coffee doesn't always work with everybody, especially if they have been working several days straight with little sleep between each start. I don't know if that was the case here, but until all the facts are known, you shouldn't be bad mouthing the engineer... |
