Scarce transit $$$ can be better spent elsewhere. Tear it down this time or be prepared to 'rebuild' it every 15 years. A waste of money. Eliminating it would improve the heavily used Brighton Line by being able to move the switches to north of the Prospect Park station, speeding up that bottleneck.Replace the 'S' with a B48 bus extended to Parkside Ave & Ocean Avenue. |
