The nieighborhood will not allow it just the way they didn't allow it to be shut down the first time. The line has good ridership, ride it sometime.

Where does your 15 year theory come from?

I have no iead what you're talking about speeding up a bottleneck. It has nothing to do with the Franklin Shuttle.
