If you are talking about the Franklin Av terminal itself, yes. Originally there were 2 tracks through the station which connected at grade to the Fulton St El. The Franklin Line was disconnected from Fulton circa 1923 although the dual contract plans for the upgrading of the Fulton El called for improving the connection between the Fulton St el and the Brighton Line which the Franklin at the time was a constituent part of. After the BRT was reorganized into the BMT in 1923, the new company decided to sever the Fulton connection to the Franklin line and operate the principal Brighton Lcl service into the subway at Prospect Pk. Whether or not both tracks were retained for Franklin service after the separation, I don't know since in My time I only remember a single track. When I first rode the Franklin shuttle in 1959, not only was a short 1/2 block long section of the old Fulton St structure still up but all the rails and ties were still in place on that section although the rails were of course extremely rusty from non use. When I rode it the next time in 1960 or so, the rails and ties had been removed although the structure remained until the recent rebuilding.
