The (D) and (F) would not run north of W 4 St in my plan8th Avenue would only have the (A)(express),(C)(local), and (E)(local) trains running overnight (the (C) would run on Concourse replacing the (D) since it would be the same thing as a (D) via 8 Av local). Spring Street will always have service, either the (E) alone, or the (C) and (E) if the (C) terminates at World Trade Center with the (E) overnight instead of 2 Av. Change is not always a problem, look at the new (2) and (5) GOs they keep their Manhattan Trunk and swapped their terminals on both ends. |
