As said:As I would do it, the D would NOT run at all, nor would the B or C during this. The J would be extended to replace the D in Brooklyn while the M would run all night and replace the D in the Bronx (running via the C to 145). Transfer between the two would be at Essex, and the Fulton Street J station would be open all night to allow those on the 7th Avenue line to transfer from the 2 to the J at Fulton. |
