This meant that locals and expresses had to cross in front of each other north of BB. Te waits could be QUITE long.They handle the merge at Prospect Park no problem. Capacity clearly isn't the issue (although throwing the NX into the mix can't have helped). In fact, it's even easier, as one can just hold the local at Sheepshead Bay for the express to go first. |
