I didn't respond because I'm still not convinced I am wrong. I'm waiting for the next time I'm at Atlantic Avenue to check it out. I still don't believe there is an elevator from the lower level to the mezzanine of the 4th Avenue passageway. It was stated that all you have to do is walk directly from the New Lots platform to the 4th Avenue mezzanine and I know that is impossible. The only way to get off that platform is to go downstairs.I also said that even if their were elevators, that was still not an adequate reason for no escalators because there would not be enough capacity if everyone who didn't want the stairs would use the elevator. |
