I didn't respond because I'm still not convinced I am wrong. Bullshit. I still don't believe there is an elevator from the lower level to the mezzanine of the 4th Avenue passageway. It was stated that all you have to do is walk directly from the New Lots platform to the 4th Avenue mezzanine and I know that is impossible. Ignorant fool. How many people here have TOLD you flat out that there is an elevator???? And yet you KNOW that it is impossible???? Who do you think you are???? And in a later post you admit that you aren't that familiar with the station, so again, what justified you totally dismissing all of the people who told you that the elevator exists???? You complain about the MTA not listening to you and/or the public but you are just as bad as you claim they are! Unbelievable! I also said that even if their were elevators, that was still not an adequate reason for no escalators because there would not be enough capacity if everyone who didn't want the stairs would use the elevator. Wow. That is idiotic! And you were a transportation planner? And you still wonder why you couldn't get anywhere professionally at NYCT??? YOU DON'T BUILD ESCALATORS JUST BECAUSE PEOPLE WOULD RATHER NOT WALK UP STAIRS!!!!!!!!!! YOU BUILD ESCALATORS BECAUSE THEY ARE DEEMED NECESSARY BY SOME OBJECTIVE, SCIENTIFIC, AND LOGICAL (NOT TO MENTION SANE) REASONING! |
