You're all worked up.I explained it to you all years ago. Obama gives blacks a turn in the White House. In 2016 Dems will have to have another black man or a female or Hispanic as the candidate. They can never run a white male again. Merit no longer matters. "Whose turn it is" is all that matters. Skin color should not matter yet it's "sad" to you. Honestly, I think it will decades before we have another white male president. THIW. |

Those job loses at the end of 2008 were the reaction to the Obama presidency. Businesses reacted to his victory. The job market has not recovered and when Obama wins again, he'll spend billions more promising jobs(like he did last time) that will never materialize. 8% or higher unemployment is here to stay. |

Demand shriveled up, inventories sat. No need for employees until demand increases. That's why stimuluses are done. They provide jobs which serve to create demand. Once there's demand, the private sector (which won't hire unless they are beyond the need for more people) can provide for same. That's how GM came back.Fact is, bush left the economy in worse shape than anyone is willing to admit. Had it not been for food programs and unemployment, we'd be looking at crisp new pictures of millions waiting on breadlines again. |

Bush, a white president, had to have over a quarter million jobs. Naturally 80k would be positive. But I now see how the numbers get revised. The quarter ended. Some probably wait a week to file their unemployment. Watch this |

Also Romneycare required some major changes, which are reflected in the ACA, done by Gov Patrick in order to make the system functional as it is now. Now there's some cost containment, along with fairer and better distribution of subsidies, which was driving the cost of insurance to unaffordability for individual purchasers as Romney (who was blind to that detail) had it set up. |
