Those job loses at the end of 2008 were the reaction to the Obama presidency. Businesses reacted to his victory. The job market has not recovered and when Obama wins again, he'll spend billions more promising jobs(like he did last time) that will never materialize. 8% or higher unemployment is here to stay.
