It's not an issue of what you have or I have or somebody else has. It's that, because we have much less of it, that we do not get the opportunity to shelter it offshore like Willard has. It's not about the numbers. It's about the equal opportunity to act in a manner that is legal, yet shady, and not open to those with less economic access. |
