Europeans, and to a lesser degree East Asians, are outbred enough that they were able to coalesce into large groups, rather than remaining in fragmented tribes like Muslims or sub-Saharan Africans. To Europeans, the group where blood loyalties lied were not just one's extended family or there about (clans or tribes), but the whole nation, since the extensive outbreeding meant that genetic relatedness was shared around a whole country. This, coupled with the technology that made mass killing possible (a product of high IQ), led to the level of carnage seen in the past century.By contrast, the highly inbred Muslim peoples aren't as able to unite as easily, and really were only able to do this a few times in history, under the Caliphate (which didn't last long) and possibly under the Ottoman Turks. As well, people with a long history of civilization have the ability to easily submit to central authority (as opposed to tribal peoples who are only subdued by the power of local strongmen), which is how Eastern Europeans and East Asians operate, and this aids in developing large and powerful armies; which we saw to powerful effect in WWII. Ironically, the dark side of the docility and sophistication of high-IQ peoples is the massive levels of death and destruction they can wreak when led to war. Think maybe of the Clone Troopers from the Star Wars prequels—they follow orders and amass into to deadly effect. |

Germany is on the edge of the zone of NW outbreeders and have had a history that may bias them towards authoritarianism and extreme ethno-nationalism and all the good stuff that that entails. I think Germany, and by extension the people immediately on the other side, like the Poles and the other Western Slavs, can go either way in that regard. |

FWIW, if you're an average black person that lives in within blackspheres, HBD doesn't change one's life too much, but for those of us prefer the company of non-blacks as friends or romantic interests, HBD may end up being the death sentence for our social lives. As much as one can hope and pray, it isn't going to do much as long as HBD serves as the scientific basis for reinforcing stereotypes, even though some of us don't fulfill said stereotypes. It's one thing when you can point at people and say that they're crazy racists, but it's another when they'll have scientific proof on their side. And as somebody who has had interest in numerous white women, the last thing that I want is for women to reject me because they'll fear that our kids will be low IQ. FWIW, I'll admit though that the flipside of HBD is that it's going to destroy the notion of the American dream as it's going to reveal that there's a sizable chunk of the white population that has no chance of going to Harvard, or arguably, even completing a four year degree in liberal arts. Whether this becomes the basis for a full blown social welfare regime to compensate the for inability of the low IQ to earn high incomes or take full care of themselves remains to be seen. The people who tend to promote HBD now tend to be anti-welfare state, and while Steve Sailor argues for reducing illegal immigration tp push up labour costs and reduce competition for low IQ workers, nobody else has much in the way of solutions to help this group other than "beat on black criminals like it's the 1950s". |
