No Justice for White Victim of Savage CrimeKyle Bristow - 8/27/2008
On June 9, 2008 the Global Politician published a column of mine entitled Hunting Season for Whites, which was republished on dozens of websites, including Jared Taylor’s American Renaissance and even a major news website all the way in Italy. The article dealt with the wee hours of the morning of June 1, 2008 when a mob of nearly two dozen black teenagers terrorized the citizens of Mount Clemens, Michigan. To recapitulate what happened, these hoodlums robbed people of cell phones and wallets, threw a brick through the window of a moving car, and beat up their victims so badly that at least one of their targets was hospitalized with a fractured skull.
The horror of what transpired was articulated in an article in the Macomb Daily entitled “Mob of Young Men Attacks” (6/2/2008). According to that article, “(W)orkers at the gas station [where one of the beatings by the mob occurred] said the man was confronted near a pay telephone. When the gas station attendant saw what was happening, he locked the front door.” As the man pounded on the door to beg the gas station attendant to let him in so that he could get away from the thugs, the mob arrived. The article in the Macomb Daily goes on to say that “An employee (of the gas station) said workers had to wash the man’s blood from the door (later that day).”
The innocent white bystander at the gas station was, however, not the sole victim of the black mob. According to a press release posted on the website of the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office:
“(W)hen a 29-year old man, and his wife, were driving on North River Road . . . more than two dozen men wearing ball caps and baggy shorts spread out across the street and blocked traffic. The victim tried to drive past them and someone threw a brick in his window. He stopped his car and got out to see what happened and was beaten unconscious and left with a fractured skull.”
In an article in the Macomb Daily entitled “Violence Shocks Community” (6/3/2008), the newspaper reports that “In a 911 cellular phone call released to the media Monday, the beaten man’s frantic wife is heard screaming repeatedly as a dispatcher unsuccessfully tries to get information from her.”
Macomb County Sheriff Mark Hackel said in an interview with WJR radio host Frank Beckmann on June 6, 2008 that when the wife of the victim called 911, “You could hear the sheer terror in her voice.” One would expect this heinous crime to not go unpunished.
The victim who sustained the fractured skull was Andy Kauffman. At the courtroom where his attacker faced anything but justice, Kauffman’s wife cried and said, “I miss the Andy I used to know” according to an article in the Macomb Daily entitled “Teen Sentenced in Mob Attack in Mount Clemens” (8/26/2008). Andy Kauffman, father of boys aged 9, 7, and 3, will never be the same, for he sustained permanent brain damage in his unprovoked beating by the savages.
What is the punishment for forming a mob, beating into a bloody pulp a man at a gas station, throwing bricks at cars, and savagely beating a father of three boys to the point where he sustains brain damage? Deonte J. Williams, for his barbaric crimes, was sentenced to only 19 months in a juvenile prison. According to Michigan’s Holmes Youthful Trainee Act, since Williams is only 17-years-old, if he “succeeds” in jail, he will have no public criminal record when he is released. Macomb Circuit Judge Edward Servitto, Jr. purportedly told Williams during sentencing, “Son, you got a chance at life still,” before he ordered Williams to earn his GED while behind bars.
Has our judicial system really degenerated to the point where a savage criminal can ruin the life of an innocent young father, deprive the victim’s wife of the man she married, and take away the father of 9, 7, and 3-year-old boys, and is only sentenced to a measly 19 months in jail where he will be able to acquire a meager education and not have a public criminal record because of the age at which he committed his vicious crime? Is it really that screwed up?
It gets worse.
In the aforementioned radio interview with Frank Beckmann, Macomb County Sheriff Mark Hackel was asked whether or not it is a hate-crime for blacks to attack whites. Hackel answered, “Well, that’s questionable. I don’t know if it (hate-crime legislation) applies to an unprotected class, and I don’t know if whites are part of that. I’m not sure.”
Beckmann was shocked to hear Hackel suggest that whites are not entitled to equal protection under the law. A taken aback Beckmann asked:
“You mentioned ‘unprotected class.’ You mean white people are not protected by hate crime legislation?”
Hackel answered that question by saying, “It doesn’t appear as such at this point and time that there is something that would qualify.”

Whites need to be careful in the not-so-great state of Michigan. After all, there really is no deterrent from preventing certain races from outright attacking innocent white folk. The laws, the courts, and at least one sheriff will not protect them or their families from savage crimes.
