I guess a person, although deceased, can get justice in Georgia.

I imagine there will be appeals but the 3 defendants will be in prison for a long time.

Not unexpected at all, but good to see the jury decide guilty. Idiots filmed themselves murdering someone.

I hope that this satisfies the SJWs, instead of continuing to persecute that kid who went to Kenosha.

Although this one is also a good verdict.

Now they need to convict the DA who tried to bury this case from the beginning.

Rittenhouse evidently went to see Trump yesterday. His politics are very likely right wing, but laws are irrespective of politics. Or we like to think so. Many would prefer to have juries take politics into account. On both sides I mean.

Not quite. That being said, you would have to refute a defense that no matter how strong I thought case was I didn't expect 12 good ol' boys to convict. Remember it takes only 1 to hang a jury.

Thanks. The grand jury voted to indict so perhaps there is additional evidence that isn't yet public? Maybe statements that she made?

The interesting backstory that I see is that the police department was feeding information to citizens about the break-ins, including to the retired police officer just convicted. If there is evidence that she didn't prosecute because she thought that the local police might be liable, would that be enough for conviction? I didn't follow all of the trial, but I think that there may be more to this story involving the police.

Hes just a kid. What does he know about politics? He obviously is being coached by someone. Hes going to milk this thing for as much exposure & possibly big bucks as he can. Whats next... an appearance on "Dancing With The Stars"? Now he figures on a big payday thanks to slander & defamation lawsuits. I don't think those cases are a slam dunk. The defendants might claim 1st amendment rights inasmuch as calling him a white supremacist was just offering an opinion and is free speech.
However, if they falsely accused him of belonging to the KKK, that a different story bringing it to the level of slander.

He had an interview with Tucker Carlson and maybe others. I didn't watch any, but evidently before the trial he was in photos taken with the Proud Boys flashing the controversial "ok" sign. He blames that photo on his lawyer that was fired and says that he didn't know that they were Proud Boys or even what Proud Boys are. I think that it was photos like that which helped make him a hero of the right and caused mainstream media to turn against him.

How does that work? Even if the prosecutor says you haven't given me any evidence worth having, the prosecutor doesn't know that the police won't find additional evidence that does have value.

Jackie Jonson has been charged with covering up Arbery's murder (because she knew one of the suspects), and purposefully ordering police not to investigate this crime.

Exactly. Bringing a gun to a riot is a reckless disregard of everyone's safety. It's a bit like bear baiting. If you jump into the bear exhibit at the zoo and then the bear starts to maul you and you have to shoot the bear, it's self defense but it's still reckless behavior.

If the DA says they will not charge or prosecute, or makes it clear that they do not believe a crime has been committed that ties the hands of the police. Or, the evidence uncovered so far is not close to sufficient to support the arrest, and pulling the trigger too soon could prevent the development of this or a larger ongoing investigation.
