Since some police shootings are justified, it may well be that more black men find themselves in situations which result in police shootings and that, by itself, is not racist.As for the effects of racism on this and other cases, I tend to think that black men are more likely to (unjustifiably) inspire fear in a police officer, leading them to pull the trigger. That's racism. |

During my EMS years, I saw plenty of K9s both during jobs and just by chance, and I never saw any of these dogs react to Black people the way you described. Ever.
