Both sides, however, vigorously deny that Guyger and Jean knew each other. Still, I think the "I was in the wrong apartment" story is ludicrous. Have you ever broken into an apartment you thought was yours?

Par for the course. Her race is a relevant element in this case. Isn't it strange how this woman is getting kid-glove treatment from the system? An ordinary person of color would have been arrested at the scene and charged with murder, burglary, abd ADW, and you know it.

That is three times the percentage of Black people in the population. Less than one percent of the cops involved, faced any significant consequences for these killings.

If the "detectives and bosses" are completing a truly diligent investigation, why haven't they updated the public? When the tables are turned, the police can't do enough press conferences about the big, bad Black "thugs" they just locked up. When I was in EMS, I saw that firsthand. Remember when that sick child from Baltimore came up to Brooklyn and blasted those two cops in their RMP? My old boss was among the first to arrive on the scene. He told me they did the presser, with chapter and verse, right from the scene with a portable podium. It's not hard to do media relations while preserving the integrity of the investigation. Those Texas cops are buying time to script the narrative.
