At the time of occurrence, was the five year old girl the only child at the pool? Like I said when I originally responded, of course the guy was wrong and the guy lied, but to say it's racist is just stretching unless there's other factors that can be brought into play here. |

They hadn’t gone in the water yet. It was a black woman and her 5yo black child. There were white people in a jacuzzi and around the pool and he didn’t ask them if they bathed. This was corroborated by the white people there. |
