Modeling or acting call is for people in their 30's and 40's. This is an example of a “bona fide occupational qualification.”2. An employer hires a new, young IT tech because she has training older employees don't have. 3. Company buys new equipment and it needs employees who know how to use it. Those who don't know how are let go. In this example, assume these are long-term employees older than 50. There are other examples but these are a few that came to mind. |
