Possibly there!If the mother and daughter were the only ones there, then their race might or might not be a factor. This guy could have been a perv cruising a little girl. If the girl and her mother were not alone and were the only black people then he may have been acting out his racism or he could be aroused by pre-teen black children. There certainly is enough information to suspect racism but not enough to convict. |
