If the role calls for someone young, they will pick someone young! If the role calls for soneone old, they will pick soneone old!2.if the new IT has training that older people don't, then it behooves the older people to get the training or risk not getting hired for the IT position. 3. Once again, it behooves the people over 50 to familiarize themselves with the new equipment. In all of those examples, should the powers-that-be be forced to hire them if they don't meet the qualifications or they are not the people they looking for? |
