If you're working at 205 Street and you live near the Verrazano and you get F/S off is it even worth it. And before you say it, that would mean me getting W/T or whatever just not to have to work that "plumb" job. |

His point was that free speech exists regardless of whether the speaker is on welfare. In order for their to be an exception, the Constitution would have to mention that exception. You just said that it doesn't mention welfare (as that term is used here) at all. Meaning that it can't possibly have it as an exception. |

Because I don't think "gay" has to be brought into everything? Okay...then that "must" mean I am not a centrist.BTW, I've been to two gay weddings this past year, and was extremely happy for the couples involved as the had been together for years. So dont try and say that feeling theres no need in bringing "gay view" into this totally unrelated event must mean I am anti gay. |

"I SAID, DON'T TOUCH ME". His arms don't go "up" until he's in the process of being taken down. Again, to avoid the handcuffs in front of him.Up until 1:35 in the video, every officer on the scene was peaceful and calm, all while Garner stomped around and threw a fit. Do you think people are blind to your insanity? But really, what more should I expect from someone who would link to a video describing what occurred as an execution? |
