So you are worried about possibly a half dozen cases in Texas...Half a dozen individual cases specifically mentioned in the article. Representative of many more. Although even if it were limited to just the six cases mentioned above, do you believe those six people don't have a right to vote? It's a yes or no question. Do you believe that people have a right to vote? I can start a list of Questions Train Dude Can't Answer if I need to. ... and yet not concerned in the least about the voter intimidation of white voters in Philadelphia by the New Black Panther party. That's because you just made that up. It isn't actually real. Although it's curious that (a) you think a vague rumour of voter intimidation "proves" that all white people are being driven away from the polls, while explicit proof of voter suppression doesn't mean anything, and (b) you're comparing alleged "intimidation" with an actual law that says "it is illegal for you to vote" in the first place. I'll ask again since you like dodging this question: Do you believe that people have a right to vote? Yes or no? |

That's certainly a coincidence because I don't believe any of these cases are factual. I believe that they are a fiction created to illustrate a problem or problems that might arise. I do believe that if those same "roadblocks" stood between one of these alleged individuals and their drivers license or their welfare benefits, they would no longer be so insurmountable. On the other hand, the incident I referred to is real and was covered in several media outlets. That's certainly a coincidence because I don't believe any of these cases are factual. I believe that they are a fiction created to illustrate a problem or blah blah blah blah blahCase in point. Actual cases of people being denied the right to vote in a manner representative of a much larger problem don't mean anything because "you believe" they're fictional, while an alleged campaign of intimidation that you made up is a major issue because "you believe" it was covered in the news. So I guess the answer is no, you don't believe people have the right to vote, because when Jesus Garcia of Mercedes, TX is told that it is illegal for him to vote, your response is to tell him that he doesn't exist because "you believe" he's a fictional character someone invented to demonstrate how people could be denied the right to vote. I do believe that if those same "roadblocks" stood between one of these alleged individuals and their drivers license or their welfare benefits, they would no longer be so insurmountable. OK, if New York State decided to stop sending you checks unless you managed to dig up some old documents kept in an inaccessible MTA archive, what would you do? On the other hand, the incident I referred to is real and was covered in several media outlets. Wait, "incident" singular? So you are trying to say that one guy being "intimidated" by a private citizen is somehow comparable to the state passing a law that tells thousands of people that it is illegal for them to cast a vote? OK, tell me this. Suppose you went to vote and a scary-looking guy outside declared: "I'mma punch you if you go vote!" What would you do? Now suppose you went to vote and the poll worker said: "No ballot for you. Sorry, you aren't allowed to vote." What would you do then? You are just to lazy & politically entrenched to seek the truth. I mean come on, you declared that real people whose words have been published under their real names are "fictional" because the truth is inconsistent with your politics, but you think I'm "too politically entrenched to seek the truth?" That's so blatant I'm gonna post the "projection" image again. |

The official reports about what really happened in Ferguson to Michael Brown are not released as of yet. Dave is treating rumor as fact. These removal of voting rights ARE sunstaiated fact. Then there's his questionable sources.....like "CnS", "natural news"......etc.....Plus, one has to have a valid drivers license in order for it to be suspended. Therefore, it must be considered as valid legal ID. Texas is actively destroying the right to vote by including law violators, not just convicted felons within their sentences as the Costitution permits. Let's ot neglect that I have readin *several* places that a texass gun permit does NOT INCLUDE a photograph, yet is considered legal iD. So some thug can steal a gun and the license from someone's home, hand them to an exArmy sergeant, run them into Mexico AND fraudently vote in their name and become a RW hero. Not happening. :-) |

My driver's license picture was from when I was 16 and I am 31 now. Also I underestimated what my final height would be by 3 inches. New York doesn't care and if I get carded everyone knows it is real because nobody in their right mind would use the picture I have as a fake ID (combination of genetics in that I always appear young for my age and at 16 I was going through treatment for a medical condition that I looked like I had not hit puberty yet) |

Guns are, singularly, lethal weapons. They have no other purpose.Cars have many purposes, predominately transportation related.
