You will have to explain "a lot" to me.

Really? Most people are generally familiar with the concept.

Quantify how many poor voters vs how many were not permitted to vote.

The article mentions something like half a dozen specific cases, each representative of a major problem with the law.

So tell me, do you believe people have the right to vote or not?

Are "rich voters" exempt from these regulations?

Rich people can pay the poll tax. Poor people can't. Please read the article before you comment on it.
