No I wasn't. I stated that was what I had read in several places, not that it actually was the case.Fact is, one would want a very current photo on a gun license, like every three months or so, in order to keep up with changing appearances, ensuring that this is the correct person blowing someone's liver into a wurst. Can't be too careful with lethal weapons yunno. |
