Is it even correct to call this the "West Indian Parade"?

Some of the older people still use the term West Indian as descriptor, so the name is probably going to stick. Younger folks like myself prefer Caribbean, and the name is applied to some other Caribbean festivals around the world like Toronto's Caribana/Scotiabank Caribbean Carnival Toronto which rivals New York's as the largest in North America.
