Wouldn't Caribbean include parts of Mexico, Central, and South America? I don't normally think of Mexicans as Caribbean, although they may be in that part.

Are all of the Caribbean people "West Indian" regardless of race or language? For some reason I usually associate it with English speaking black people from places like Jamaica, Barbados, etc.
