But what no-one wants to say is that Super-Finland has a heterogeneous society with a population about the same as Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island combined.I assume you meant homogeneous; nonetheless, this was already addressed in the op-ed (specifically through the referenced article written by Samuel Abrams, which suggests that policy has a greater effect on educational output than the composition of the population). my blog |
