You mean like genetic engineering?

Well, technically, there are four choices:

1) Do nothing.
2) Mass sterilization.
3) Genetic engineering.
4) Ethnic cleansing.

For all intents and purposes, we're stuck with the first option. The second is politically unpopular now, the third is science fiction at best and magic at worst and nobody knows if it's a permanent solution that doesn't cause other effects, and the fourth requires the race war that the Stormfronters are praying for.
