But the dramatic changes in demographics in that county are changing the state from purple to blue in Presidential elections. Huge increases in black and especially Hispanic population in Fairfax is not good for the GOP. Watch 2012. Both candidates will focus on that county. There are always "other factors". Changing demographics is one of the major factors.
