It's so odd, as the NYC Metro Area is the only place where they don't do the mustard....you go as far as just north of Westchester and the mustard begins automatically. The city and Long Island, and perhaps close parts of New Jersey are the only place I know of in the country where it's not done. You order a cheeseburger in "Vermont" or "Florida" at Burger King (or wherever) and there's mustard on it..
