Me neither, prefer tartar sauce or mayo; never ketchup, I'd rather eat them neat.Can you get Belgian Fries by you? Double-fried, traditionally in horse fat (but not in NYC in my experience). They are offered with a multitude of different dips (NYC: Second Avenue around 6th or 7th Street on the west side; only place serving them in paper cones, and it's a hole in the wall). |
