So, it's the police that are at least partially to blame for this income disparity. (And, also, gangs and stereotypes among the police about gangs, as well as stereotypes about blacks, etc.)My advice? Don't do drugs, don't go around shooting guns, and work at helping society in a civil manner (especially in front of cops). |
