Maybe I can make a generization that the higher income kid will have a less chance being from a broken home and sending him/her back will be punishment enough. If you take the kid to a house where there's noone there, and there's a single parent doing their two jobs, odds are not much may happen. That type of thing has a large bearing on how the kid ends up.I believe there are stats on that. |
