I think your example is a bit extreme, but get your underlying point.On the other hand, many living in poor neighborhoods will complain that the police don't do anything about nuisance crimes -- whereas they would respond within minutes in a wealthier neighborhood. Just another reason why it's almost impossible to reach any kind of definitive cause/effect explanations of the situation. |
