I don't want to downplay 9/11. It's still a very important day to me. And I felt very uncomfortable one year when I was invited to a barbecue party on 9/11.

But Pearl Harbor Day had a much greater impact on our country than 9/11 ever did, and it didn't make it to holiday status.
